About HeyFahey

Chris combines elite communications leadership, veteran service, and psychology training to guide people through PTSD, addiction, and mental health recovery. In 2023, he led media and marketing at The Abundant Harvest, driving a 200%+ increase in brand recognition, 2.4+ million positive media impressions, and 2,000 new followers. As spokesperson, he helped build partnerships with 12 executive entities and dozens of long-term clients, supporting impact that fed 106,000+ families and provided resources to about 1,200 veterans each year.

Over an 18-year Navy career, Chris led hundreds of Sailors and oversaw 70,000+ news products across five deployments, including a combat tour in Afghanistan. He managed $6M+ in equipment with zero losses and planned or commanded 200+ high-risk missions with 100% success and zero casualties. He was named Navy Journalist of the Year and Mass Communication Specialist of the Year among roughly 900 peers in each category.

Chris is currently studying psychology at Sam Houston State University, focused on reducing stigma around PTSD and mental health recovery. He brings lived recovery experience and media expertise to help others heal, with a long-term goal of becoming a Doctor of Psychology and rehabilitation expert.
